I'm Andrei, a full-service web developer based in Sibiu, Romania, behind CodeHAC.com. I help businesses build and grow their online presence, from custom websites and e-commerce to SEO, performance, and ongoing maintenance.

This site started as a side project: tutorials and free developer tools built in my spare time. It has grown into a full-service web development portfolio, but the original goal remains: help you build really cool websites with practical examples and instant utilities.

I've been a web developer since 2011, with well over a decade of hands-on work: modern React and Next.js front ends, headless e-commerce at scale (including Magento 2), and long-running client maintenance.

Alongside hands-on delivery, I have led front-end teams: mentoring engineers, running code reviews, hiring and onboarding, and working with product, UX, and back-end stakeholders in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.

I don't shy away from difficult projects or knotty problems. Greenfield builds, legacy rescues, performance firefights, or wiring AI into your stack: if it needs doing, I'll take it on and see it through.
